Query about Submitted Internet Citizen Report

Contact Information - Prior to receiving an incident number

  • if you have submitted a report and we have not contacted you after five days (either by phone or email), you may phone the Public Service Counter at (604) 717-3009 to inquire about your report
  • please have your name, date of the report, and tracking number ready
  • do not resubmit another report until you have ascertained the status of your report by calling

Adding Information / Property to Your Report

You can add information to your report by:

Please include the following on any correspondence relating to your Internet submission:

  • date of your report
  • your Internet Tracking number
