Contact Information - Prior to receiving an incident number
- if you have submitted a report and we have not contacted you after five days (either by phone or email), you may phone the Public Service Counter at (604) 717-2736 to inquire about your report
- please have your name, date of the report, and tracking number ready
- do not resubmit another report until you have ascertained the status of your report by calling
Contact Information - After receiving an incident number
- if you need to submit additional information not included in your original report (such as serial numbers or further items damaged or stolen) and you have received your incident number , please fax or mail the information; all correspondence must include your name, date of your report, your internet tracking number, and the VPD incident number
- if you require an official copy of the police report for insurance purposes, your insurance company should write to the below address to request a copy; there is a processing fee of $50.00
