The Vancouver Police Board meets in public each month.
The Board also meets in private (called in camera) when it discusses some matters, including public security where public disclosure could impair law enforcement, individuals’ financial or personal affairs or labour issues.
On this page you can find the agendas of Board's regular (public) and in camera (private) meetings. You can also find the minutes of the Board's regular meetings and information on matters discussed and decisions taken at the Board's in camera meetings.

Attend Board Meetings
The public is welcome to attend Board meetings and there is an opportunity on the agenda for groups and citizens to appear as a delegation before the Board.
The Board is interested in hearing from groups and citizens on their perspectives and concerns about personal and public safety in their community and the city, and their ideas and recommendations to create a safer community.
