Board Policy and Procedure Manual

The Vancouver Police Board approved its complete Board Policy and Procedure Manual on January 17, 2007.  Previously, the Board had agreed to publish the chapters of the Manual as they were written.  The Board is pleased to publish its complete Manual.  The purpose of the Manual is to provide a solid foundation for good governance of the Vancouver Police Department by its Board.  The Manual will be reviewed annually by the Board's Governance Committee, and if appropriate, amended.
