Constitution

The purposes of the Society are:

1. to provide, promote, encourage and organize Basketball games and activities for the members, in Canada and abroad which would:

(I) create a public relations forum between peace officers and civilians.
(II) foster positive relations with members of other forces and the public.

2. to promote and advance the principles, policies and interests of the Society
   and to initiate, encourage and maintain a high level of sportsmanship.
   
3. to promote, advance and foster the playing of Basketball by young persons.

The society shall operate without purpose of gain or profit to its members and any profits or other accretions to the Society shall be used in promoting its objectives. This provision shall be unalterable.
