What is a Noise By-law Exception?

The following application provides applicants with an exception to conduct construction work outside of the regular acceptable hours for construction noise.

The By-law

• View the City of Vancouver Bylaws and search for the Noise Control Bylaw No. 6555 in the alphabetical listing.

Cost

A non-refundable application fee of $148.00 and a completed application form is required five (5) working days prior to the date of proposed activity and a non-refundable application fee of $296.00 will be applied if applications are submitted less than five (5) working days prior to the date of proposed activity.
