
Solar Homes Pilot - Limited Time Offer!
Vancouver’s Solar Homes Pilot is offering $3,000 towards the cost of solar hot water systems in Vancouver. The incentive is made available by the City of Vancouver, SolarBC, Fortis BC and Offsetters.The funding is available on a first come, first served basis until we reach our target of 30 solar homes. Contact a registered installer for details.

Step 1 - See if you qualify
Check the suitability of your site and roof design. A free survey of the site and orientation of your home is available online. This simple, free service, made available by SolarBC, will help determine whether your building site and design are suitable for a solar hot water installation.
Note: Your home’s hot water system must be heated by gas to qualify for this rebate.
Step 2 - Select an installer
Choose from a list of SolarBC registered installers that meet the City of Vancouver’s system requirements.

Purchase your system & receive your rebate
Your installer will fill out the application form for you. The application will be processed by SolarBC. The installer will provide a the discount at the point of sale. The incentive will be built into the final price of the system.
