Definition:
The City Projects layer (point- and street-based) provides information about major City initiatives such as projects, development proposals, construction and road work. This information is maintained through the Projects and Construction portion of the Community Web Pages. This layer displays all current projects. Project details are updated on a regular basis; for example, roadwork changes are updated weekly, traffic calming projects semi-annually. Project and point-based location details, updated via the Community Web Pages, are immediately reflected in VanMap; however, changes/additions to the street segments will not be available until the following day.
