Reports

Viewing Reports

You can view available reports to get additional information on selected objects or on a specified point. When you view a report, only information for the selected object(s) appears in the report.

To view a report on selected objects, do the following:

1. Select the map object on which to run the report. The report function will not work unless you have selected at least one object.
2. Click the Report tool in the Toolbox, or right-click on the map, and then choose View» Report from the right-click menu to display the View Report dialogue box.
3. Choose the report you want to view, and then click OK.

Reports available:

• Non-Market Housing Report on Selected Properties - This report contains the following information about the City's non-market housing units in a table format: index (the project number), the name of the housing unit, street address, year the project was funded, local area, zoning type (such as single-, two-, or multiple-family dwellings, commercial, industrial, comprehensive development, or historical area), occupancy date, number of families, seniors and others within the unit, the total unit population and the tax coordinate number.
• Property Information Report (Tax Attributes Report)
• Report of Youth Organizations

Printing reports

Reports appear in a separate browser window. Use the browser's print preview and print commands to print the report.
