95 W Hastings Street rezoning application survey
The City of Vancouver has received an application to rezone 95 W Hastings Street from DD (Downtown) District to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District.
This proposal is for a 10-storey mixed-use building with:
- 132 units of secured market rental housing
- commercial space on the ground floor
- a floor space ratio (FSR) of 7.62
- 74 vehicle parking spaces
- 167 bicycle parking spaces
- a building height of 32m (105ft)
