95 W Hastings Street rezoning application survey

The City of Vancouver has received an application to rezone 95 W Hastings Street from DD (Downtown) District to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development) District.

This proposal is for a 10-storey mixed-use building with:

  • 132 units of secured market rental housing
  • commercial space on the ground floor
  • a floor space ratio (FSR) of 7.62
  • 74 vehicle parking spaces
  • 167 bicycle parking spaces
  • a building height of 32m (105ft)
