Free event takes place Saturday May 11, 10am to 3pm
Vancouver residents are invited to the City of Vancouver’s Family Fun Fair for free fair rides and games, as well as a chance to learn about the people and equipment that make the city work.
The fair will take place rain or shine at Manitoba Works Yard, 250 West 70th Avenue, on Saturday May 11, 10am to 3pm. Families can enjoy free entertainment including games, pony rides, a hay ride, and face painting, plus a performance from popular children’s musicians Bobs and LoLo at 12pm.
The City will also highlight its work through booths, equipment shows and displays from many city departments, including Engineering Services, the Vancouver Police Department, Vancouver Fire and Rescue and Vancouver Public Library.
