Tickets are only available for purchase online at designated times to manage capacity and to limit contact upon entry.

A service fee of $1 will be added to each ticket for non-members. This fee allows us to offer ticketing from an online platform to ensure that we can manage capacity and provide our visitors with the safest, touch-free experience.

Memberships are valid for one or two years from your date of purchase.
Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.

After you pay, visit VanDusen Garden or Bloedel Conservatory to pick up your photo membership card or updated expiry sticker if you renew.

Membership discounts
- 15% seniors discount: for seniors age 65 and older with valid ID for the individual and individual-plus-one-adult categories. To receive senior discount for the individual-plus-one-adult category, both seniors must be 65 years of age and older.
- 15% student discount: for students age 18 and olderwith valid student cards from any post-secondary educational institution. Buy in-person only at VanDusen Gardens or Bloedel.
- 10% discount: for 2-year memberships, the discount applies when buying two one-year memberships. The maximum purchase is two years.

- Has your birth date been entered incorrectly? Phone the VBGA Membership Office at 604-257-8675 (Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm). Once fixed, buy your membership online.
