Fieldhouse Strategy Management Plan

Our aim is to activate and diversify fieldhouses through artist residencies, local food, community partnerships, events, sports development, and staff utilization.

We are developing a Fieldhouse Strategy and Management Plan to help shape the use, renovation, and renewal of Vancouver's fieldhouses. 

This project includes park fieldhouses with public washrooms, change rooms, concessions, staff support, programming, and living quarters.
