General

  • The $99 3-month pass includes 90 consecutive days
  • Price does not include tax
  • The promotional $99 offer is the same for all ages
  • The discount value cannot be transferred to other passes but all ages are welcome to buy the $99 promotional pass
  • The $99 promotional pass is non-refundable after 15 days of purchase
  • Refund value is the same for any day within the 15-day refund period: $82.50 (without GST) and $86.63 (with GST)
  • This promotional pass cannot be combined with other promotional offers or discounts including LAP, corporate, and employee discounts
  • This pass can be purchased by new and regular users
  • This pass may be purchased online or in person at any Park Board facility
  • This pass may be suspended according to regular suspension rules
  • This promotional pass may be renewed but at a regular price
  • Passes are non-transferable and cannot be shared
  • Pass holders must present their pass upon entering any facility
  • This pass includes drop-in sessions for Park Board pools, rinks, and fitness centres but some facilities are seasonal and may be closed for summer
  • Outdoor pool access is included with this pass but is subject to availability. Advanced online reservation is recommended but service fees may apply
  • The Recreation department reserves the right to suspend or revoke passes for misconduct or violation of facility rules
  • By purchasing this promotional pass, patrons agree to accept and abide by these terms and conditions
