Due to significant changes in Provincial childcare policy and funding, this program is in transition.
The 2023 Enhancement Grant program will open on April 3, 2023 (and close on May 8, 2023) for organizations that received a grant the previous year.
If you are new to this grant program and think your organization may qualify for it after reviewing the Information Sheet below, contact Annie Burkes before the application close date.
The Civic Childcare Enhancement Grant program is for non-profit licensed, group childcare, preschool, school-aged care, and occasional child care programs that serve primarily high-need families.
Grants are intended to support the quality and affordability of licensed programs to ensure access to those families most in need of the support. Funds are to be used for program enhancement and not for capital expenditures.
