COMMUNITY SERVICES AND BUDGETS COMMITTEE

Mt. Pleasant Family Centre Society Lease Renewal
Staff report dated April 16, 1998 recommending that the lease between the Park Board and the Mt. Pleasant Family Centre Society be renewed for a further five year term commencing April 1, 1998 with an additional clause added regarding maintenance.

Bicycle Helmet Legislation
Staff report dated April 16, 1998 recommending that cyclists be required to wear a safety helmet when cycling in all areas under the jurisdiction of the Park Board and that the General Manager of Parks and Recreation and the Director of Legal Services prepare the necessary amendments to the Parks Control By-law and others.
