You can also rent our theatres and performance spaces for your event. All of our venues are accessible and conveniently located in downtown Vancouver. The theatres are fully equipped to host large productions, conferences, film shoots, and other events.
The Orpheum at 601 Smithe Street is one the most beautiful concert halls in North America. Built in 1927 and refurbished in 2009, the 2,600-seat Orpheum is a designated National Heritage Site.
Located at 823 Seymour Street next to The Orpheum, The Annex is a great place for cabarets, dance and music. The space can be quickly converted from a flat-floor to a standard theatre space with 193 seats.
The Queen Elizabeth Theatre at 650 Hamilton St in downtown Vancouver is one of Canada’s largest proscenium theatres with 2,765 seats. Refurbished in 2009, the theatre hosts opera, Broadway, music, presentations, and a broad spectrum of entertainment shows.
The Vancouver Playhouse at 600 Hamilton St is the city’s prime venue for dance, chamber music, film events, and theatre with 668 seats.
Located downtown between the Queen Elizabeth Theatre and the Vancouver Playhouse, the Salons are ideal for meetings, pre and post show receptions, and small parties. Bright with hardwood floors and large windows, the Salons have a separate entrance for private gatherings.
Outside the Queen Elizabeth Theatre, the QET Plaza is a great location for outdoor performances and festivals.

Amenities at the Roundhouse Community Arts and Recreation Centre include a 200-seat theatre, exhibition hall, the Roundhouse Turntable Plaza, dance studio, pottery studio, woodworking studio, various multi-purpose rooms, and a gymnasium.
