Steps for Registering in a Recreation Program
I. Create an Account
If you already have an account, proceed to section II: "View
programs and Register".
All new customers need to create an account (free) in order to
register online. Fill out the New Account Request
completely, including birthdate.
Please Note:
- Under phone number, you must enter a 'main' phone number.
If want to supply only one phone number, it must be entered
as the 'main' number.
- If you enter your phone number in the wrong format, you will need to close your session and restart to clear the error messages.
Please also note that online customer accounts are not the same as Community Centre memberships.
If you forget your password, check the "Forgot your password?" box in the logon screen and follow the instructions on the next screen. If you forget your username, call your community centre to retrieve it. Do not request another account, as your history and family members need to be connected to your account.

II. View Programs and Register
LOGIN
If you have an account, enter your Customer
ID and Password. Otherwise, follow the instructions in step 1
above to request an account. You can view program listings without logging in, but you will be prompted to login when you add an activity to your cart.
SEARCH FOR AN ACTIVITY
- Go to the Online Program Registrations page
- You may search for activities by Location or Category (type).
- You may also sort the list and choose whether you want to see activities that take place in the future or are currently in progress.
- Activities with information that is greyed-out on the screen are not currently available for registration.
- Click on the activity name to see more details about the activity.
USE THE ADVANCED SEARCH
- On the Online Program Registrations page, click the 'Advanced Search' link (under the Category dropdown)
- The search page defaults to show programs from the current date forward only. To include programs already in progress, delete the 'Starting After' date.
- Enter search criteria to limit the activites shown. The search will show only activities that match ALL the criteria you enter.
CHOOSE AN ACTIVITY FOR ENROLLMENT
Note: Your browser must accept cookies for this website in order to use the registration system.
- In the Activity Detail screen, click on "Add to My Cart".
- Additional Activities: Remember to "Add to Cart" for each additional activity.
SHOPPING CART
Add Family Members:
If you wish to enroll family members other than yourself:
- Click on "My Account"
- Then click on "Change Family Members."
- Fill in the information completely for each member of your
family
Note: This does not update your Association Family Membership.
Please call the Community Centre to update your Membership if
required. Many of our activities have age restrictions, therefore
birthdates are required.
- If you wish to register for someone not in your immediate
family - they must already have a current Community Association
Membership, and they must be added to your 'family members'
account online (using the above steps)
Update Shopping Cart:
If more than one family member will be attending the activity,
change the quantity, then click on "Update Cart", then "Checkout".
Choose Enrollees:
Choose family members to register for each
activity, then select "Continue".
Please Note: If you have not added your family members
before reaching the Enrollee Information Page, they will not appear
under the Enrollee heading. You can click on "My Account" from here
and add your family member(s). Each family member must have an
Association Membership as required by your community centre. Once all family members have been added,
select "Shopping Cart", and continue to "Checkout".
MEMBERSHIP PREREQUISITE
Britannia and Kerrisdale Community Centres require that you have a Community Association membership before registering. Check that you have a membership by following these steps:
- Go to the 'My Account' page
- Click 'Get a List of Prior Transactions'
- Check that the family member you want to register has a membership transaction for the current year.
- To confirm that the membership is at the correct community centre, click the 'Enroll' link beside the membership, then click the activity title and check the location details.
- If you think you have purchased a membership but it does not show up under your transactions, call the community centre to confirm. Your transaction history may not have been associated with your online account.
If you purchase a membership online, you will need to log out and log back in before it will be accepted as a prerequisite.
CHECKOUT
Review your Shopping Cart
From this screen you can remove activities from your cart, view more activities, or update your cart. If everything is correct, click on the "Checkout" button to proceed.
Confirm Prices:
On the Confirm Prices page look over your transaction to confirm the price(s), time(s) and date(s) of each activity/class. Online transactions are limited to $1000. If your total is higher, please process your registrations as more than one transaction and keep each transaction under $1000.
Click "Continue" to proceed.
PAYMENT
Payment must be by either Visa or Mastercard. Although Debit is
displayed as a choice, Debit Cards cannot be accepted online. Enter your credit card information on the Payment Information
page. Click "Continue" to complete your transaction.
PRINT YOUR RECEIPT
Print a copy of the receipt page for your records.
You may also reprint receipts for any activities you have registered in, including 'in person' registrations.
- If you do not already have an online customer account, request one first (free).
- Click the 'My Account' button at the top right of the screen.
- Login, if you have not already.
- Click the "Get a List of Prior Transactions" link.
- Click the "enroll" link beside the activity you want (more recent transactions are at the top).
- Click the receipt number link.
- Print the page.
