There are two options to having your party at the Play Palace. You can attend during our public session where you will share the play area with other users or you can rent the facility privately for exclusive use by your group.

You can have a PUBLIC PARTY while we are open to the public and book a party area. These bookings are geared towards smaller groups and our party areas can only accommodate a maximum of 20 children. The play area will be shared by other party users and drop-in users. |

Private Party Bookings |
You can have a PRIVATE PARTY where you have the whole facility to your own group. These parties are ideal if you are planning on inviting a lot of people (up to 100+ guests). Fee includes exclusive us of the facility, admission for all of your guests and two staff to assist with set up/clean up and monitoring of the play equipment. |

Things to Note Before Booking Your Party |
Please review the important information below which will apply to all parties booked at the Play Palace: |
- Parent participation is mandatory. Staff are only responsible for ensuring that equipment is avialable and safe to operate.
- We only provide tables and chairs. All food, decorations and other party equipment is the responsibility of the party organizer
- You will be provided 30 minutes before and after your booking time for set up and clean up of your party area. You MUST vacate the party area 30 minutes after your booking
- Shoes can not be worn on the floor and socks are mandatory for children
- Adults are not allowed on any of the inflatable equipment
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen items

Booking Procedures & Policies |
All weekend public party time slots and private party bookings can be completed ON-LINE if you have an existing on-line account with the Vancouver Park Board.
You can register on-line by visiting our Birthday Party activity listing and clicking on the appropriate date.
In person and phone registrations will be accepted during regular office hours at the Play Palace front desk. Please call 604-257-8121 for more information.
If you are registering for multiple children or on behalf of an organization, would like to change and/or add time for your Private Party Booking or to book a public party during a weekday, please e-mail kerrisdalearena@vancouver.ca or phone 604-257-8122. |

Please note: bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of FULL payment. Cancellation notice MUST be received two full weeks before your booking date. All approved refunds are subject to a $10 administration fee. |

This is the only enclosed room that we have. It is on the Ground Floor with direct access to the Play Area.
Cost: $105 on weekends, $90/weekday for a 2 hour sitting

On the ground floor to the north of the building - an open area. Access to men's washroom is through this hall
