Room are available for rent at Killarney Community Centre for sports, meetings, socials and parties on a limited basis, please visit our View a Schedule page For more information on the various programs offered by the community centre, please visit our Recreation Programs page.

Please note that we have a new rental booking and cancellation policy that will take effect on January 1, 2009. Full payment will be required at the time of booking; space cannot be cannot be confirmed until payment is made. All bookings are subject to staff availability.

Our new cancellation policy is as follows: When cancellation of a rental booking is done 14 or more days in advance of the booking, the rental group will receive a full refund (minus $5 handling fee). When cancellation of a rental booking is done between 8 and 13 days in advance of the booking, the rental group will receive a 50% refund excluding the damage deposit. When 7 days or less notice is given for cancellation, no refund will be given, excluding the damage deposit.
Any booking cancelled by Killarney Community Centre is fully refundable.

Please note: Gymnasium rentals are generally unavailable until after 10:00pm, Monday-Saturday and after 8:00pm on Sundays.

Gymnasium
Our Gymnasium is suitable for all sorts of sport functions including basketball, volleyball and indoor soccer. Floor hockey is not permitted in the gym.

Room 205
Room 205 is our largest rentalable room. It is perfect for large social functions including parties and banquets. It has hardwood floors, mirrored walls and boasts a beautiful view of the North Shore mountains.

Room 203
Room 203 is suitable for mid-sized parties, banquets, workshops as well as for large forum meetings and open houses. There is a screen door that opens up a counter into our kitchen. Room 203 can be divided by a partition into two separate rooms.

Room 202
Room 202 is the community centre's board room. It is only available for large meetings, seminars and presentations.

Room 201
Room 201 is a small multi-purpose room that is appropriate for meetings and small group gatherings.
