For those pursuing a more physically active lifestyle why not try yoga, pilates or aerobics? Many community centres offer both registered programs and drop-in sessions. If you're looking to try something new why not give a bootcamp a whirl: there are camps for youth, moms with babies, boomers and bootcamps that mix yoga or kick-boxing into the mix.
