Project Description

The Staff Offices and reception area at the Champlain Heights Community Centre are quite cold and require a heating system upgrade.  In order to solve this issue the Vancouver Park Board has decided to install hydronic radiant ceiling panels in these areas.  These radiant ceiling panels will provide much needed heat to these areas.

The Vancouver Park Board will be designing, tendering, and providing construction management services for the duration of the project.
