This combined civic facility reflects Vancouver's CityPlan vision for developing neighbourhood centres that bring together multiple civic services. Principles of sustainability will guide the planning and design of this project to provide a safe and healthy building which makes efficient use of natural resources and leaves the best legacy for the citizens of Vancouver.
