evenings in July. No partner is required and instruction is

by The Urban Squad... then YOU join in on stage to perform the Shim

Capoeira is a unique
martial art that incorporates fighting styles and dance-like movements
accompanying the rhythm of its own music. Capoeira is suitable
for everyone regardless of age or fitness level.

Hip hop is a fun and fast dance
class with A-Star Studios. Popping, locking, house, and old school
will be taught.
