Stanley Park Seawall Closed Due to Torrential Rain

(Third Beach to Lions Gate Bridge)

January 17, 2005 (No. 1) - The Stanley Park Seawall will be closed until further notice due to the torrential rain and possibility of slides. The heavy rain, following closely on the heels of sub-zero weather, can cause hazardous situations as the ground can not easily absorb run-off waters.
