3:00 pm The new extension will provide 158 m² (1700 ft²) of additional child care space along with a new multi-purpose room and enlarged fitness centre. Total cost for the project is about $1.6 million with funding provided by the Vancouver Park Board, the Champlain Heights Community Centre Association, City Wide Development Cost Levies, Community Amenity Contributions and the Ministry of Community, Aboriginal and Women=s Services. - 30 - Contact: Terri Clark, Communication Coordinator, at 604-257-8438.
