Public Open House - Lighting and Synthetic Turf Playing Field at Kerrisdale Park/Point Grey Secondary SchoolMarch 10, 2005 (No. 21) - The Vancouver Park Board and the Vancouver School Board are proposing to install a purpose built sports lighting system to illuminate a 100 x 64 meter soccer field within the running track next to Point Grey Secondary School. The lighting will be installed as part of an upgrade of the field playing surface from natural grass to synthetic turf. The public is invited to see displays, hear a presentation and make comments on this initiative.
