Stanley Park Seawall to Close for Cliff Scaling

March 30, 2005 (No. 11) - The Stanley Park seawall will be closed to the public for annual cliff scaling from Monday, April 4th through Friday, April 15th. The seawall will be closed between Third Beach and the Lion's Gate Bridge from 7 am to 5 pm weekdays but open to pedestrians, rollerbladers, and cyclists on weekends and after 5 pm weekdays.

The Stanley Park Seawall is one of the most popular recreational facilities in Vancouver serving walkers, joggers, cyclists and rollerbladers.
