Public Invited to Open HouseTraffic Management at Riley/Hillcrest/Nat Bailey Stadium ParksSeptember 12, 2005 (No. 67) - The public is invited to an Open House to views options on managing traffic and parking issues related to the siting of the 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games Curling Facility and the new Percy Norman Pool. In May 2005, the Park Board approved the Master Plan for Riley/Hillcrest/Nat Bailey Stadium Parks that included siting of the new curling facility and pool. The Park Board instructed staff that further review of the traffic and parking issues was needed. Several options on managing traffic and parking have now been prepared and will be presented at this public open house.
