Job Action Affects Park Board Services Facilities affected include some community centres, pools, rinks, marinas and Bloedel Conservatory, as well as service yards. Full length golf courses are open with reduced service and Rupert Park and Stanley Park pitch & putts are open. Parks, gardens, arboriculture, sanitation and other outdoor services will also be affected. The Stanley Park Ghost Train will run this evening at its regular times.
