Public Meeting on Proposed Southeast False Creek Boating/Community CentreApril 5, 2006 (No. 24) - The City of Vancouver is planning to build a boating and community centre as part of the Olympic Village in Southeast False Creek. The facility will be constructed in time for the 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games and will be available for community use afterwards. The boating centre is intended for dragon boating, rowing, canoeing and kayaking. The public is invited to attend a meeting to discuss ideas for the boating centre. Tuesday, April 11, 2006 The
