Go Play! Go Get Fit! Park Board Fitness Centres Offer "Toonie Tune Up" from Aug 1 - 21

July 24, 2006 (No. 53) - Park Board-operated fitness centres around the city are offering a special "toonie tune up" for the first three weeks of August as part of its Go Play! campaign. Anyone who drops in to one of these fitness centres will pay just $2. An orientation session with a friendly and fully certified staff person is included. Fitness staff can help design a safe, effective program to meet anyone's fitness level and interests. This is a great opportunity to try out the facilities, to get back on track after enjoying too many of the indulgences of summer or to get a jump start on a fall fitness program. To book an orientation with a staff person, contact one of the centres listed below.
