November 16, 2006 (No. 80) - The Vancouver Park Board will hold a Special Meeting on Monday, November 27th to consider the Vancouver Aquarium's  proposed expansion and revitalization in Stanley Park. The meeting will start at 5 pm and will be held in the Auditorium at Hastings Community Centre, 3096 East Hastings Street.

The Board is interested in hearing delegations regarding the proposal. A staff report will be available on November 20th on the web at www.vancouverparks.ca. Those wishing to speak at the Special Meeting should register by 12 noon on Monday, November 27th by phoning 604-257-8451.

Free parking will be available at the Hastings Community Centre, on adjacent Lillooet Street and in the nearby Pender Street Lot.
