Spring Break in Stanley Park
Visit the Miniature Train and Children's Farmyard
Open March 17 - March 25 from 11 am - 4 pm
March 14, 2007 (No.
16) - Spring Break is a great time to visit Stanley Park's Children's Farmyard and Miniature Train. There's lots of farmyard animals to see - lambs, chicks, ducks goats and more. Four baby goats have arrived within the last two weeks. Other new arrivals to the Farmyard are a breeding group of five Black-Winged Bronze Turkeys which are quite rare and beautiful. The Train and Farmyard will be open during Spring Break every day rain or shine. A ride on the Train offers reminders of the strength and after effects of last December's wind storm and its impact on the park's forest.
The Railway and Farmyard are open all other March weekends, weather permitting.
Regular admission prices apply.
