Important Update on Stanley Park Seawall Opening
(note a change in opening location)
November 15, 2007 (No.
22) - The media and public are invited to attend the reopening and "rediscover" their Stanley Park Seawall! Seawall users are urged to use caution and watch for broken asphalt and rough surfaces. Cyclists and rollerbladers are reminded to go in a counter clockwise direction only when using the Seawall and always yield to pedestrians. Please note that the barriers at Third Beach and at Lions Gate Bridge will both open at the same time. Rollerbladers and cyclists should therefore access the Seawall at the Lions Gate Bridge side.
