Temporary Closure on Park Drive in Stanley Park between Second Beach and the Pitch and Putt Thursday, February 7th, 9 am-2 pmFebruary 6, 2008 (No. 5) - On Thursday February 7th, road access on Park Drive on the west side of Stanley Park just past the Beach Avenue entrance will be limited from 9 am to 2 pm for filming of a movie. The Park Board's Administration Office will still be accessible from Beach Avenue. Those traveling along Park Drive from Prospect Point will be diverted along North Lagoon Drive and either out on to Georgia Street or around to other park locations. Please note that North Lagoon Drive and Second Beach will not be accessible from the Beach Avenue entrance. Those wishing to access these areas will have to do so by the Georgia Street and Causeway entrances.
