Stanley Park Train and Farmyard Open Everyday for Spring Break/Easter, March 15th - March 24th. Biggest Easter Egg Hunt in Town Runs March 21st - march 24thMarch 10, 2008 (No. 10) - Spring Break is a great time to visit Stanley Park's Children's Farmyard and Miniature Train. There are lots of farmyard animals to see and some new additions to the Farmyard are expected just in time for Spring Break. Lesa the Dexter cow will be celebrating her 21st Birthday this year and Pookie the Llama will, as usual, be keeping a watchful eye on proceedings. The pond will be lively with a variety of ducks and geese and the yard will be full of sheep, pygmy goats, and pot-bellied pigs. Bring the family to the Farmyard for the biggest Easter event in town! Several Easter Egg Hunts will be held everyday from Friday, March 21st to Monday, March 24th. Everyone is guaranteed to find eggs. The smaller children might even get help from the Easter Bunny or his little side kick, the Easter Chick. The Railway and Farmyard are open all other March weekends, weather permitting.
