Lord Byng Pool Closure Extended to October 13th to Complete Roofing Project

Aug 26, 2008 (No. 19) - Lord Byng Pool, located at 3990 West 14th Avenue, will remain closed while roofing work continues. The closure has been extended to accommodate seismic and wind shear upgrades on the roof. The roofing improvements, which began earlier this summer, are expected to be completed by October 13th.

Swim classes usually scheduled to begin in September have been postponed until the pool reopens. The public should call Lord Byng Pool for details regarding swim class rescheduling at 604-222-6090.
