Winter Rates in Effect at Park Board Golf Courses

November 7, 2008 (No. 63) - Winter rates are now in effect at the Park Board's three major golf courses: Fraserview (7800 Vivian Drive), Langara (6706 Alberta Street) and McCleery (7188 MacDonald Street). The winter rates mean great savings for golf enthusiasts. The Early Bird, Back 9 and Twilight specials can make the savings even more attractive. Details golf course fees and specials can be found on the Park Board website. Staff report that the sand based courses, particularly at Fraserview and McCleery, are still in very good play condition.

The Park Board adjusts green fees for its three major courses each Fall, according to course conditions. The effective dates for these fee adjustments vary from year to year.
