Photo Membership Cards

The old, paper membership cards have been discontinued. They are being replaced with an attractive permanent card featuring your photo and bar code for easier access and identification. If you still have an old card, it needs to be exchanged for the new one.

The whole process is simple and only takes a minute. Drop by the Admissions Desk during regular Garden hours, your photo will be taken and your membership information confirmed. You'll receive your new card on the spot - no waiting.

The new cards are permanent which helps to save funds and trees. When you renew your membership, the renewal date will simply be added into the membership database.  If you happen to lose your card, there is a $2 replacement fee.
