4. Millennium Sports Facility Proposal by Phoenix Gymnastics Club and Pacific Indoor Bowling Club

   Staff report dated January 21, 2000 recommending that the Board approve Memorandum of Understanding dated January 24, 2000 between the Board and the Phoenix Gymnastics Club, the Pacific Indoor Bowling Club and the Millennium Sports Facility Society.

   5. Prospect Point Cafe Rent Review

   Staff report dated January 25, 2000 recommending that the Board approve recommendations A to D.

   6. Use of Space at the English Bay Bath House for Canoe and Kayak Storage

   Staff report dated January 25, 2000 recommending that the Board approve recommendations A to E in the staff report.
