Prior to co-founding Sophia Financial Group, Tracy was a financial advisor for a Canadian brokerage firm and gained valuable international experience with Smith Barney in their Olympia , WA office. She has delivered hundreds of educational seminars for women in the US and Canada . Tracy holds a Masters degree in Counselling Psychology and her ongoing research interest is in the area of the psychology of money and women as investors. She is a Certified Financial Planner, is insurance licensed, a Financial Divorce Specialist and is a Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute. www.sophiafinancial.ca
