Tee Time Cancellation Policy

Prior to the Day of Play

Tee times booked online (vancouverparks.ca) may be cancelled or modified online up until midnight the night before play.

On the Day of Play

A person who has made a tee time booking will be required to call the Pro Shop a minimum of 2 hours prior to the tee time to cancel or amend the number of players in the bookings.

Groups failing to show up for a tee time without advising the Pro Shop, will have a $10 per person cancellation fee charged to the cardholder of the person who made the booking.

If a group shows up with less players than what has been booked, without calling a minimum of 2 hours prior to the tee time, a cancellation fee will also be applied.

Booking privileges will be suspended until the cancellation fees are paid.

Players may call the Pro Shops from dawn to dusk. The numbers are:

In the event of poor weather, the cancellation fee may be waived.

Premium Bookings

The booking fee for Premium Bookings (6 to 30 days in advance) is non-refundable, except where the golf professional determines that the course is unplayable.
