The clubhouses at Fraserview, McCleery and Langara offer areas to host your next meeting or seminar.  The relaxed atmosphere and great scenery provide a perfect setting for your next business event or team building activity.  Half day and full day retreat options include meeting space, lunch and 9 or 18 holes of golf.

The clubhouse at Langara can be divided to offer privacy with a great view for groups ranging in size from 24 to 80 participants.  The board room at Fraserview is best suited for smaller groups of 10 to 24. Rooms can be set up board room style, for a formal presentation or to suit your meeting needs.  Use of some equipment such as a projection screen, flip charts and microphone is included in the room rental rate. Our menus can be customized for any business event.

Room Rates

Langara - Half day room rental - $105 (one meal required)
Langara - Full day room rental - $210 (two meals required)

Fraserview - Half day room rental - $75 (one meal required)
Fraserview - Full day room rental - $150 (two meals required)

McCleery – Ask about our semi-private space and winter room rentals.

All room rates include use of screen, flip chart and microphone.  All room rates include applicable taxes.
