Project Description

Norquay Park, bounded by Kingsway, Wales Street and Rhodes Street is scheduled for improvement in the 2009-11 Capital Plan. Proposed improvements consist of a water spray park, playground, sports court, tai chi area, as well as pedestrian paths, plantings and benches. Construction will began in, 2010, and the north end of the park is closed and unavailable to the public until Spring 2011.
