Selkirk and W. 72nd Avenue Parksite

This new park is located between Selkirk and Osler Street at West 72nd Avenue. Along with a community process completed in summer 2005, Park Board staff developed the concept plan, detailed design, construction drawings and the tender package in 2006 for this new park design. The design includes entry treatments, lawns, pathways, a children's playground, seating areas with trees and planting, a "country lane" treatment of the existing lane, drinking fountain and a dry stream with flowing grasses
