Vehicle access to Stanley Park limited Sept. 11, 6am-8:30am

September 10, 2010 (No. 17) - On Saturday, September 11 between approximately 6am and 8:30am westbound Georgia Street will be closed from Thurlow Street to the Lions Gate Bridge for the RBC GranFondo Whistler cycling event.

During this time there will be no vehicle access to Stanley Park via Georgia Street. In addition access to Prospect Point via the Lions Gate Bridge will also be prohibited. Park visitors are encouraged to enter Stanley Park from Beach Avenue.
