Buy a single drop-in or multiple drop-ins for future use for any Corporate Occupational Solutions (COS), Fit4Two Stroller Fitness, Fit4Two Prenatal Fitness and Runner's Yoga programs. Drop-ins can be purchased at the following locations:
English Bay programs - West End Community Centre or Vancouver Aquatic Centre
Granville Island Playground programs - False Creek Community Centre
Kitsilano Beach Concession programs - Kitsilano Community Centre (or Kitsilano Pool when open)

Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q)
Regular physical activity is fun and healthy. However, some people should check with their doctor before they start becoming much more physically active.
If you are planning to become much more physically active than you are now, start by completing the PAR-Q form. This short questionnaire will tell you if you should check with your doctor before you start.
Please drop-off or fax your completed & signed forms to the appropriate community centre. (e.g. forms for Urban Adventure Bootcamp at Kitsilano Beach Park should be sent to Kitsilano Community Centre)
