Urban Adventure Boot Camp
It's time to kick it up a notch with this bootcamp-style class for all levels! Push through intense circuits of non-choreographed cardio, dynamic strength work and lots of core exercises – it's an energizing total body workout using the natural landscapes and features of our beautiful parks and beaches. Whether you are looking to lose weight, increase strength or build endurance, this program is designed to help you reach your fitness goals fast. Instructor: COS Inc.

Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q)
Regular physical activity is fun and healthy. However, some people should check with their doctor before they start becoming much more physically active.
If you are planning to become much more physically active than you are now, start by completing the PAR-Q form. This short questionnaire will tell you if you should check with your doctor before you start.
Please drop-off or fax your completed & signed forms to the appropriate community centre. (e.g. forms for Urban Adventure Bootcamp at Kitsilano Beach Park should be sent to Kitsilano Community Centre)
