  Manage sites using ‘My Properties’ list

  To access your full list of recently viewed sites: 

  1. Select the heart button at the top left to open the 'My properties' panel.
  2. Choose the 'My Properties' tab.

  The ‘My Properties’ list lets you:

  • Search, sort, and narrow the list of your previously viewed sites
  • View a site's details
  • View the list as full- or half-width
  • Reassign a site to a teammate if you're part of a company with teammates in the pilot
  • Add and edit tags for sites so you can organize them

  Search, sort, and narrow sites in the 'My Properties' list

  1. Search the list: Start typing the site address in the search box, and the list will update with matching results.
  2. Sort the list: Select a column header once to sort by ascending order (0 to 9, A to Z). Select it again to sort by descending order (9 to 0, Z to A).
  3. Narrow the list:  Select the ‘Filter’ button, and on the ‘Filter’ panel, choose owners, tags, last viewed dates, and lot area to narrow the list.

  

  Toggle 'My sites only' in the 'My Properties' list

  If you're part of a company with teammates in the pilot, you can:

  1. Use the 'My sites only' toggle to view only sites you're working on.
  2. This shows a narrowed list of sites that only you previously viewed.

  View site details

  There are 2 ways to view a site's details from the ‘My Properties’ list:

  1. By selecting the address link.
  2. By selecting the ‘View details’ button.

  Delete site 

  Delete a site from your previously viewed sites in the 'My Properties' list

  Select the ‘Delete’ garbage can icon at the right of a site's row in the list.

  Change list view

  View the list as a half-width list or full-width table using the ‘List’ or ‘Table’ buttons.

  

  The list view shows fewer site details; however, it leaves room to show the map.

  Reassign site owner

  Teammate initials in the Owner column of the 'My Properties' list

  If you're part of a company with teammates in the pilot, you can reassign who's looking after a site in eCheck.

  1. Select your teammate's initials in the owner column.

     

  2. Choose your teammate from the list.

  Add and edit site tags

  1. Select the ‘+Add tag’ button to create a new tag for selected site.

     

  2. Enter a name for the tag and then select the 'Save' button to confirm.

     

  Select the 'Manage tags' to manage all your tags.

  

  In the ‘Tag Manager’ panel, you can:

  1. Edit the names of tags.
  2. Select the ‘View tag’ option to view all the properties grouped under the specific tag.

  

  The ‘View tag’ panel:

  1. Shows the name of the tag at the top.
  2. Shows the list of all the sites labelled with that tag.
  3. You can remove a tag from a site by selecting the ‘Remove Site From Tag’ in the Action column

  Return to the ‘My Properties’ panel by:

  1. Selecting on the ‘Table’ option in the Table/Tag Manager breadcrumb.
  2. Selecting the back arrow located at the top right corner of the panel.
