But if you feel that your concern hasn't been properly addressed, you can make a complaint to the BC Office of the Ombudsperson. There is no charge to make a complaint.

The ombudsperson is an impartial statutory office of the provincial government. It reviews complaints about local governments, including the City of Vancouver.
