Vancouver City Council met this week to hear and discuss a variety of topics during Council, and Standing Committee on City Finance and Services. 

Tuesday, March 7

This week’s Council began with the approval of the following reports and referral reports on consent:

After that, Council approved the following referral reports:

Council then approved By-laws 1-8 (2.2 MB), and By-law 9 (54 MB).

The following Administrative Motions and Council Members’ Motions were also approved:

On Tuesday evening, a Public Hearing was held where Council approved:

Wednesday, March 8

The Standing Committee on City Finance and Services began with the presentation of the International Women’s Day proclamation by Mayor Sim. The Standing Committee then approved the following reports and referral reports on consent:

A Council meeting was convened immediately following the Standing Committee meeting. In this meeting, Council approved the recommendations and actions of the preceding Standing Committee on City Finance and Services.

A Public Hearing will convene on Thursday, March 9 at 6 pm, for Council to consider the following agenda items:
